Educational activity

We educate engineers who drive the future

Our educational offer combines strong theoretical foundations with engineering practice and industrial experience. We prepare specialists ready to work in aviation, automotive, transport and modern technological industries.

  • Thermodynamics
  • Aerodynamics
  • Aircraft propulsion
  • Operation
  • Diagnostics

Modern study programmes

Classes cover key areas of contemporary engineering, combining theory with design practice and laboratory work.

  • engineering thermodynamics
  • fluid mechanics and aerodynamics
  • aircraft propulsion systems
  • aircraft operation

We also conduct courses in English for Erasmus students, creating an international environment for the exchange of knowledge and experience.

wind tunnel testing

Education is provided at

Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes

  • programme Mechanical Engineering (module Aircraft Propulsion and Polymer Processing, specialisations: design and operation and technology and operation)
  • Bachelor’s programme in Transport
  • Master’s programme in Mechatronics (specialisation Automotive Mechatronics)

Doctoral School

Education and development of research competences within scientific projects, cooperation with industry and research topics addressing the challenges of modern engineering.

We build competencies from fundamentals to advanced research and implementation.

Learning through action

The unit hosts an active Student Research Club of Aircraft Propulsion (Hydrogreen Team), which enables students to carry out their own projects, participate in conferences, industry events and develop competencies beyond the study programme.

  • student projects and teamwork
  • conferences and industry events
  • design and implementation skills

Knowledge for industry

Specialised training

Our educational activity goes beyond the university. We offer training courses for industry employees in the field of:

  • design and operation of internal combustion engines
  • alternative power supply systems for piston engines
  • design and diagnostics of electronic control systems in automotive vehicles

Training outcomes

The training combines academic knowledge with practical implementation experience, addressing the real needs of modern enterprises.

We teach technologies that transform industry — from diagnostics to modern propulsion systems.

We combine theory with practice

We teach technologies that transform industry. We educate specialists ready for the challenges of the future aviation and automotive sectors.
