The Mechanical Engineering Faculty is the oldest faculty of the Lublin University of Technology. The faculty offers both full-time and part-time first, second and third degree studies in the fields of Material Engineering, Mechanics and Machine Design, Transport, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Management and Production Engineering. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering educates future engineers and conducts research addressed mainly to the needs of the region.
The main research areas at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering include machine design and technology development. The obtained research results allow the Faculty to prepare scientific publications and patents as well as obtain intellectual property rights. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering prepares expert reports and provides consulting services.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering has its own library open to scientists, students and all interested parties.
