Authorities

Leadership of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

The authorities of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lublin University of Technology consist of the Dean together with the Vice-Deans, as well as the Chair and Deputy Chairs of the Scientific Discipline Council in Mechanical Engineering.

The Dean is responsible for managing the educational, organisational and administrative activities of the Faculty, while the Chair of the Scientific Discipline Council coordinates scientific activity and the development of the mechanical engineering discipline.

Collegial bodies supporting the functioning of the Faculty include the Faculty Council and the Scientific Discipline Council in Mechanical Engineering, which participate in making key decisions related to education, research activities and the strategic development of the Faculty.

Together, these bodies are responsible for the development of the Faculty, the quality of education, the conduct of scientific research and cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
