Departments
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lublin University of Technology brings together a diverse network of departments conducting advanced research and delivering high-quality engineering education.
These academic units form the scientific and technological foundation of the Faculty, covering a wide spectrum of disciplines related to mechanical engineering, materials science, production technologies, automation and modern industrial systems.
Each department develops its own research profile while contributing to interdisciplinary cooperation across the Faculty and with external partners from industry and research institutions. The departments play a key role in educating future engineers and conducting research that responds to the needs of modern industry and technological development.
Structure
The Faculty consists of 12 departments, each focusing on specific areas of mechanical engineering and related disciplines. Together they create a strong research environment supporting education at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels.
